What both parties acknowledge.
This local demo shows the terms at the signing step. The final customer contract requires legal and partner review before live use.
Appointment and inspection
Both parties agree to attend the selected Nairobi hub appointment with the disclosed device and accessories. Inspectors record observations and may stop if identity, safety, ownership, or device facts cannot be verified.
Price and payment
The buyer sees the device price, inspection fee, completion fee, and quoted total before signing. This demo uses simulated funds only. Inspection does not automatically release a seller payment.
Declines and sealed devices
Opening a sealed device requires separate consent. Opening alone does not force purchase or impose a 70% penalty. Refund and fee treatment depend on the completed inspection and final approved terms.
Evidence and concerns
Disclosed defects and appointment notes are part of the sale record. Later concerns follow an evidence based complaint process. A passed inspection cannot guarantee every latent defect.
