How it works

From agreement to handover.

A buyer and seller stay in control of the decision. GuardrailScrow keeps the description, inspection and payment status in one documented flow.

01

Agree the details

Buyer and seller review the same device description, price, fees and appointment before either accepts.

02

Confirm the funds

The authorised payment partner must confirm collection before the inspection appointment proceeds.

03

Inspect together

Both parties attend the hub. Staff document identity, device checks, exceptions and the result.

04

Approve the outcome

The parties review the report and final amounts. Payout or refund follows the agreed outcome and controlled checks.

Before visiting

Both people should read the same record.

Device details, condition, serial if supplied by the seller, proposed slot, fees and terms are versioned. A material correction requires both people to accept the new version.

Start a transaction

If a check fails or remains uncertain

The inspector records the evidence and the parties review the outcome. A failed or inconclusive inspection does not automatically authorise seller payout. Refund, return and complaint steps follow the applicable agreement and controlled operational checks.
